Macie Turns One

A little charmer visited the studio today - little Macie, who first came for pictures when she was just a tiny baby - returned today because she's going to be one year old very soon. Adam was home for a visit so he was the photographer - I'm always proud of his talent - and I got to play with Macie.

A little shy at first... she took comfort by just staying near Mommy for a little while.



But before long, she let her first little smile out and then we were ready to go! A natural model!



Macie LOVES Elmo. She's even going to have an Elmo-themed birthday party! Whenever we needed to encourage a smile, it was Elmo's job to deliver. And he got lots of hugs today!



A beautiful day deserves a beautiful smile. Can you see the colors changing just a little behind Macie? And a few leaves are on the ground. Thanks for coming to the studio, Macie and Denver. It was good to see you again! Happy Birthday little one.
